I'm not sure about the 90 minutes baking time... i removed the cake after less than one hour and reduced the heat to 140°C at halftime....
Looks delicous and the smell is appetizing...
not sure about the texture... perhaps 90 minutes after all?
But not at this high temperature he will get to dark with my oven.
